LTP-1 peptide

This peptide, CTSGTHPRC, has been identified in a phage display screen for peptides that promote pulmonary epithelial transport of macromolecule cargo. The peptide shows significant pulmonary epithelial translocation across highly restrictive polarised cell monolayers and is capable of increasing the bioavailability of a cargo molecule in an isolated perfused rat lung model.
