[Hippocampus kuda Bleeker pleurocidin-like peptide] This peptide (FLGLIFHGLVHAGKLIHGLIHRNRamide) with sequence similarity to pleurocidins has been identified in Hippocampus kuda Bleeker (Spotted seahorse) (Sun D et al, 2014), a seahorse used as a traditional Chinese medicine.
