Hybridoma clone H6-3C4 produces an antibody (human IgM, lambda) with strong sperm immobilizing and agglutinating activities. The monoclonal antibody reacts specifically with human seminal plasma, ejaculated spermatozoa, and male accessory gland but not with testis, any other somatic tissues, or secreted fluids tested. The corresponding antigen is present over the surface of ejaculated spermatozoa (Isojima et al, 1987). Diekman et al (1999, 2000) have demonstrated the identity between the glycoprotein antigens recognized by the human H6-3C4 monoclonal antibody and the murine S19 monoclonal antibody that recognizes the Sperm Agglutination Antigen-1 (SAGA-1
