CR-50 antigen

The monoclonal antibody CR-50 detects an antigen that reacts specifically with Cajal-Retzius neurons in wild-type mice but not in reeler mice lacking expression of reelin (Ogawa et al, 1995). D'Arcangelo et al (1997) have shown that the antigen detected by this antibody is reelin.
