2117 antigen
[Antigen 2117]
Monoclonal antibody 2117, raised against established rat embryonic pancreatic ductal epithelial cell lines, recognizes the cell surface 2117 antigen (Stephan et al, 1999). The cloned gene shows that this antigen is identical with BEN, and hence with DM-GRASP and SC-1. In the nomenclature of CD antigens this protein has been given the designation CD166.
